OGMA held Kaizen Week

Last week, OGMA held another Kaizen Week, where we implemented improvement actions in strategic projects for our Company, all focused on improving our delivery and costs, through the Kaizen tool. The improvements and results of these actions were followed up and recognized by the OGMA’s top management! We would like to congratulate all the teams involved in this week, for the improvement initiative towards excellence!
